You should have arrived at this site by the direction of your insurance agent or insurance carrier. Currently, this site only provides services to property owners whom are insured by American Strategic Insurance (ASI) or one of its subsidiaries. Again, if you are not insured by ASI, please do not order an inspection from this site.
FAQ
1) When will I be contacted? You will receive a call from a NRS inspector within seven (7) business days of placing this order.
2) Is an appointment necessary? Yes we must have an appointment as the inspector is required to complete an observation of both the interior and exterior of the home.
3) How long does the inspection take? The inspection should take no longer than 20 minutes.
4) Once the on-site inspection is completed what is the next step of the process? The completed inspection will be delivered directly to the ASI underwriting department within three (3) business days of completion. The underwriting team will then review the inspection and take the appropriate action for your policy.
5) Who should I contact if I have a question about my policy? Any questions about your policy should be directed to your local agent.
